FAQ’s:

What are your hours of operation?

We are here Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are unable to make it during these time periods, then we can arrange to put your product in the After Hours Pickup bins out front.

Where exactly are you guys?

2205 Robertson Road, in Bells Corners, at the West End, on the main road (Robertson Rd), West of Moodie Drive. The easiest landmark is the last set of traffic lights at the West End of Bells Corners. We are on the North side of the road, at this set of lights. Also, our location isnot small. We have about 300 feet of frontage onto Robertson Rd, and are in a large brown and tan building, next to a car dealership.

Do you sell to the general public?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and, of course, Cash, from any and all customers.

Do I have to buy full boxes of product?

No. One of the great aspects of Ottawa Fastener – The Tool & Equipment Store, is that you can select from tens of thousands of fasteners in individual bins, at extremely competitive prices. Literally, our least expensive fastener is less than a nickel! We do sell in bulk as well though, all while maintaining our competitive pricing.

Do you have a minimum order?

Nope. However, there are some restrictions related to special ordering of products. Please contact us for details.

Are pets allowed in your store?

Sure! Pets that are kept under control, do not create a mess, and are not offensive or dangerous to others, are welcome. That being said, any pets brought to The Store are their keeper’s liability, as we can take no responsibility for how others, or their pets, act in public.

We offer bulk and individual packages in a wide variety of materials. We cater to every industry and we know you’ll love our competitive pricing.

Return Policy:

Customers can return any UNUSED product, in its original packaging, within thirty days of purchase, with a copy of their receipt. Special order products are non-returnable or may be subject to a restocking and transport fee.

Gift Card:

Gift cards can be purchased in-store, or over the phone. If ordered by phone we will mail it to your desired location using Canada Post without charge or guarantees. We can also have it couriered using Purolator for a small fee or you can pick it up in-store.
